1844 Issue 60r and 90r

Sperati made everything about these Brazil reproductions. All of his 90r reproductions have static cancels with a cancel in exact same position on every example. He resorted to this technique when he could not find an unused model.

1. cancel is in same position on all examples

2. flower to right of top ornament has four segments instead of three

3. the shading of the numerals is sketchy rather than mostly solid
