Sperati made reproductions of Turkey 1886 issue 5pa and 25pi; 1901 issue 50pi Internal, 25pi External and 50pi External; 1905 issue 50pi; 1908 issue 50pi and 1909 issue 50pi. These were made using decolored genuine stamps with original cancels retained.

1886 Issue 5pa

1. has only been reported as a proof

2. the right serif of second "T" of "OTTOMAN" curls back to leg

These were made using two clichés, proof of only the background used for 25pi and Eastern Roumelia as well, is here


1886 Issue 25pi - Type A

1. the edges of the black field above "EMP. OTTOMAN" very uneven


1886 Issue 25pi - Type B

1. the edges of the black field is more defined

2. there is a black dot over the top frameline above the left triangle ornament


1901 Internal Issue 50pi

1. the thick line to above the "E" of "PIASTRES" is broken

2. the eight pearl from the bottom on the right frame breaks through to background on the right


1901 External Issue 25pi

1. below the eight pearl from the right in the bottom frame is a color spot that extendsthrough the white space below

2. inner frame is joined to out frame at bottom right corner

1901 External Issue 50pi

1. the "ST" of "PIASTRES" is joined at the top

2. there are white spots in the numeral "0" of "50"
 


1905 Issue 50pi

1. there are several white flaws between the "5" and "0" of "50"

2. there is a white spot just to bottom right of the "star" at top center


1908 Issue 50pi - Type A

1. there are a colored dot inside outer frameline close to the top

2. there is a dot at the top of the ball of the "5"


1908 Issue 50pi - Type B

1. there is dot of color in the star

2. and the lower right point is joined to the ray


1909 Issue 50pi

1. there is a small nick on top frameline near the top left corner

2. there is dot of color in the star and the lower right point is joined to the ray
